Quiet hotel, helpful staff. New-fashioned rooms with all necessary equipments, and good and magnificent location. With a microwave oven and a stove. Great way to end our vacation.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a balcony. The room had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The hotel's location was marvellous, really close to the center of the city, blue areas and an actual cafe.

The bed was super comfy, breakfast was mind-blowingly delicious, and the location was perfect, away from car sounds with real bird sounds instead. The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to the city center. The sofa bed setup was easy, and the big window wall was jaw-dropping. Our son loved the cute ice bear, and the breakfast café was a nice touch. The vegan options at the weekend buffet were excellent, and the staff were friendly. Outdoor dining in the gartenhof was super pleasant. Free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, lift, and express check-in/out were all available. The rooms had an electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils. Wheelchair access, air conditioning, and no pets or smoking were part of the experience.

The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, overlooking a charming atrium. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, catering to different dietary needs. Communication with the accommodation was excellent, providing detailed information for a smooth check-in and parking. The location was convenient, and the staff on the phone were kind and helpful.

We stayed at Blackhome Graz I Contactless Check-In for one night and had a great experience. The modern design of the apartment was impressive and the cleanliness was top-notch. Loved the close proximity to the farmers markets, perfect for my shopping fix. The continental breakfast was a treat. And the private parking, oh so convenient!

The absence of pets and service animals really ruined my plans for a zoo in my room. Such a disappointment.

During our stay, we encountered a lack of available parking spots, and the recommended park garage was inconveniently located 1 km away. The check-in process was also problematic, requiring excessive information input and a confusing card access system.

We had a great Easter stay! The beds were huge and so comfortable, ensuring we had quality sleep. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the city center, which was perfect for exploring Graz's sights and sounds. The best aspect for us was the stunning view of the garden from our room, which added an extra layer of tranquility to our experience.

The self-check-in system was a bit of a hassle. We experienced technical difficulties and couldn't check-in for almost an hour.

Spotless clean, great heating, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, pleasant outdoor dining.
